Whether they have a new home they are waiting to move into, or are just ready to get out, time is of the essence! Not to mention time also costs money these days.
So how do you save these sellers time? Make sure you are going into your contract with an open mind. If you can let them be the deciding factor of the move in date, and show flexibility they’ll be more likely to choose you over someone with high demands even though they may have a higher bid!
